For years, I’ve been learning that Yoga, meditation, somatic movement, ritual witchy wellness, folk magic, tarot, astrology, and herbalism are all anchors in my life I can always return to — steady practices that helped me feel more grounded and connected, especially during difficult seasons. I started noticing a common thread: these modalities all point us back to our own inner wisdom. Through a beautiful combination of timing, long-term friendships, community support, and a bit of fate, I was offered the opportunity to create a space of reclamation so that others can slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have gotten quiet in the busyness of everyday life.
